What a busy week we’ve had since arriving back in Australia.   I had intended to stop shooting for a while so I could rest and catch up on editing all the stuff we shot in Europe and New York.   But the weather has been so perfect I want to make the most of it.   Also, I’ve had quite a large number of local sexy men write me wanting to come on the site.  So even though I’d love to take a break from shooting, I can’t see it happening.   We celebrated Australia day and my birthday this week with a couple of my mates getting naked out on the roof.   I also met up with some new guys wanting to model with us.   I helped some of my mates pack for their trip to New York, AND I returned to my day job.   So it’s been a really busy week.

I didn’t actually plan it this way.   But even though it’s my birthday today I’m still making the most of the perfect weather we are having right now in Melbourne.  I invited some guys around to get naked out on the roof.   We had a fun morning running around naked and getting wet up there.   With days in the 30s  (high 90s in Farenheit) it’s too nice to be shooting inside.

I love this shot by Zac taken of our new mate Zach Richards out on the roof.   The days are hot and perfectly bright now which is perfect for shooting outdoors.   It’s almost a shame that we are going to spend the next few weeks up in Europe.   But I’m sure the hot guys up there will make up for the few lost weeks of summer.   I’m really excited about the trip.   We have just a few days left before we leave now.

A little bit of sad news today.   Our mate Tate Ryder has packed up and moved to London.   Okay, so I knew it was coming for a little while.   So we managed to get to together and shoot a couple of more scenes before he left.   On the first day of summer a couple of weeks ago we shot this scene on my rooftop in the city.   Tate looks really hot as he strips out of those little white shorts to reveal his perfect round bum in a jockstrap.   Then he got completely naked and worked himself hard.    We’re going to miss Tate a lot.   He is always a lot of fun to shoot with.

The first day of summer sprung up so quickly this week.   It made me think about all the outdoor shoots I want to do over the next few months.   It almost seems crazy now that we are heading to Europe this month.   But that’s okay, the long hot days will still be here when we get back.   I can’t wait to head down the coast with some of the guys.   It’s been such a long time since we got down that way.   I’ll also be shooting a lot more right in the middle of the city as well.   Check out Ivo and Aaron getting in to a naked water fight on the roof of my building a couple of summers ago.

It seems like a very long time since I’ve gotten out and shot nude guys in the city streets.   So it was fun getting out again with Mickael to grab these shots as soon as the weather started to warm up.   I want to try and get some element of outdoor scene in to all of the shoots.   I love shooting outdoors and the natural light shots are always the best.    I’ve just bought some portable LED lights for the trip to Europe.   I’m hoping I won’t have to use them.   But I’m thinking it’s going to be a lot darker there in winter than it is here now.

So I’m pretty excited this weekend to announce the final leg of our Europe trip.   I was having trouble finding a nice place to stay in Paris in January, so we changed the flights and we will now spend the last week in Barcelona.   Barcelona is a fantastic city!   I went there late in the summer of 2009 and met some amazing men to shoot with.   We stayed in a nice apartment in the Eixample area and fell in love with the city.    So I’m pretty pleased to be heading back again.    Here are just a few shots I took at the apartment with local artist Astroboi.

Now that the whole trip is finally booked I’m concentrating on getting lots of editing done before we leave and finalising a couple of shoots for next weekend.   So I’ll be a busy boy until we leave in a couple of weeks.

What a great time of the year to start shooting outdoors!   It’s been an absolutely perfect weekend here in Melbourne to shoot outdoors.   With loads of new guys coming up Zac helped out today by shooting one of our new hot guys out on the roof.   The shots look amazing.   I bet the video looks good too.   I’m so glad my favourite studio is back…  the great outdoors!

Finally!   The sun is out and we can start shooting outdoors again.    The weather is really unpredictable this far south in Australia.   It can be rainy and cold in the morning and hot and windy in the afternoon.    The forecast was rain all weekend but the sun came out and it got warm enough for us to head outside and do some outdoor shots yesterday.   And it’s perfect timing with all these new guys coming up to be shot.    My outdoor studio (the city) is going to be very busy this summer.

I just realised that it was Folsom Street Fair weekend in San Francisco.   It’s always a little sad when I miss being over there for the big fair.   I’ve always had such a big time at that fair playing with all the sexy guys there.   It was at the Folsom Street Fair that I first actually pee’d on a guy.   I thought that if I’m ever gonna do it, it might as well be on a street in front of lots of people.   That was a brilliant day.   And here I am getting polished by porn star Damon Dog.   I’ve been a fan of his for a very long time.   I do hope I will get back for the Fair again sometime.    It’s one of my favourite places to be in the world.
