So I’m working on this video I shot with Astroboi in Barcelona and I’m thinking it could be my best work yet. At times during the video we almost disappeared completely from shot as we moved about on the bed. Luckily Astroboi picked up the camera a few times for my POV style shooting. But it’s still a really hot video… cock sucking, toe sucking, pit sniffing, spit…. this video has it all! Is it any wonder I like those Spanish guys?
Ever since I lost 6 video scenes last year on a broken SD card I’ve been super sensitive to the security of videos after they have been shot. While I was in Europe in January I also learnt that I must not take photos using the video camera’s photo function. The software (Final Cut) does not like and won’t extract the videos from the camera. So for a number of videos I have to convert the .MTS files on my computer to .MOV files before Final Cut can edit them. This drops the quality of the video. It really breaks my heart when things go wrong with the videos. So Zac recently learnt how to edit using Adobe Premiere and tells me that it’s easy to use… and it can read MTS files without having the extra step which drops the quality. So soon I’ll be moving from Final Cut to Premiere. I’m hoping this will add a lot of flexability to the formats offered in the member’s area. Oh… and After Effects looks pretty dam cool too!

I managed to get in one last shoot on the rooftop this week before the weather turned really cold. One thing that sucks about shooting in Melbourne is that our temperatures are lower than most of Australia since we are so far south. I didn’t think I would get a chance to shoot outside after returning from California last week. But it warmed up for a couple of days so we headed straight up to the roof for one more scene. It’s pretty cold here now so I’m not sure when we’ll get outside again. I’m already thinking about when we can head north for some warmth. Perhaps another quick trip to the US?
Making the video with Fabio was a lot of fun. There was just as much action going on off camera as there was on. I was teasing Fabio with my own cock boning out of my shorts during his photo shoot and then the video shoot. I think we need to book in there for a weekend again and invite all our mates around.
I don’t think I’ll ever stop raving about the hot guys we met in Budapest. It’s also a really beautiful city. I’m not sure when we will get back over that way again, but it’s high on the list of cities to visit again in Europe. In the meantime here is our new straight mate Kevin Lucas. I arrived home in Melbourne today after my 18 hour journey home from California. It almost kills me every time I do that trip. But I still think it’s worth it for all the fun I always have with my American mates. Palm Springs in particular was a lot of fun. Being naked all day long in the desert heat was perfect! And the guys there made us feel very welcome. But unfortunately I have a day job that I have to get back to on Monday. Perhaps I can squeeze in another trip to the desert later this year.
I’m a bit sad that it’s my last day in Palm Springs. I’ve had so much fun here. I’ve met a lot of great guys, saw some interesting stuff about town, ate lots of good food and had lots of great sex. I don’t know why I haven’t thought about shooting here more often. The climate allows outdoor shooting all year round. My hotel was very kind to allow us to shoot some stuff around the grounds, which I thought was very cool. We will definitely be coming back to Palm Springs.
So you thought I was just lying by the pool all day while I’m here in Palm Springs right? Well I did manage to find some hot models here during the White Party weekend. And the resort had been kind enough to let me do some outdoor nude shooting around the property. I’m now liking this place a lot! With several pools, hot tubs and a waterfall… I’m in outdoor shooting heaven! I’ve also been meeting up with some of the locals and learning a lot more about Palm Springs. I like it here a lot. Though I don’t think I will ever get used to driving my rental car on the wrong side of the road.
